Our busy season is upon us and we're looking fill a few positions at our South Hadley, Greenfield, Pittsfield, and Amherst locations! Think you could contribute to the Hangar team?
The Hangar Pub and Grill, home of award winning wings, Amherst Brewing, and some of the best staff and cusomers in Western Mass is currently hiring and looking to fill a few positions at a handful of our locations.
The Hangar of South Hadley, Greenfield, Pittsfield, and Amherst is currently hiring line cooks! We are looking for individuals that work well in a team environment. This position is fast-paced during meal periods, with plenty of downtime in between for restocking, portioning, cleaning, and breaks.Pay starts at $16/hr and is dependent on experience. Cooks also make tips and all employees are eligible for a 401k with a 4% company match.
We have both part-time and full-time positions available.You must be at least 18 years old, legally allowed to work in the US, and have reliable transportation. You must be calm under pressure and communicate well with others. This is a terrific part-time job for students or a full-time job with plenty of opportunities to grow within the company.

We have a new position available at our Flagship location in Amherst. This is an amazing opportunity with plenty of room to grow within The Hangar Pub and Grill. We're currently looking for someone with management experience, preferably in the restaurant industry. This position is responsible for overseeing multiple departments (each with their own supervisor), ensuring customer happiness, helping with the hiring/onboarding process, and much more!
The position will be expected to work during most busy meal periods (weekends and dinners)! This position is not an office job but more as support to their staff while working the floor, helping in weak areas, constantly training. Always looking for bottlenecks and ways to improve our operations. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), ability to remain calm under pressure. The ideal candidate would be very good at de-escalating situations, foreseeing potential issues/hiccups, and not being afraid to make effective changes.
Pay will be discussed and dependent on experience, benefits include vacation pay, 401k with 4% match, eligibility for bonuses!
