In 2002 the Amherst Brewing Company expanded to the second floor. This popular lounge and game room has come to be known as "The Upstairs at ABC."

In January 2004 we expanded the upstairs, accommodating more customers and adding more games and a 57" wide screen TV. We have 5 pool tables, darts and foosball as well as other games for your enjoyment. Our CD Jukebox is stocked with all your favorite selections, from current #1's to old classics.

In the spring of 2008 we decided to retire the ping pong table and create a semi-private function room that seats about 30 people. It is the perfect place to hold a small gathering and because this room is set apart from the rest of the upstairs, we have more flexibility in renting it for private parties. Customers still have access to the rest of the upstairs but have a private room for their group with access to the bar, a 37" HD-TV and comfortable bench seating. Food can be ordered from our regular upstairs menu or from the platter menu for private parties (reservations needed). During regular business hours it is the perfect place to meet with friends, put a few tables together and order food and drinks.

Most of our menu items, excluding dinners, are offered up until midnight. Dinners are only available until 9 PM. All our ABC Drafts are available as well as a unique selection of bottled beers from around the world. The entire space can be rented for private parties and we can create a menu to fit your function. There are limitations on the times we can rent out the whole space so please call for details.

The upstairs is 21+ only and is open Sunday through Thursday, 6-1 then Friday and Saturday, 5-1.
